Units are large by current standards. Sales recorded by Stacked Homes over the past 12 months fell in size bands of 1,100 to 1,299 sq ft, 1,600 to 1,999 sq ft and 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. EdgeProp's records also include a 6,211 sq ft unit sold in 1999. Sales over the past 12 months ranged from S$1.27 million to S$2.41 million (Stacked Homes).

How far is Bedok Court from the MRT?

Stacked Homes puts Tanah Merah station on the East-West Line 730 m away, about a nine-minute walk. Our straight-line measurement between OneMap coordinates for 295 Bedok South Avenue 3 and the station is about 575 m.

Bedok South station (TE30) on the Thomson-East Coast Line is about 930 m away on foot, according to Stacked Homes (about 800 m in a straight line on OneMap). Stage 5 of the line covers Bedok South and Sungei Bedok stations (LTA project page), and LTA said on 28 April 2026 that it would open in the second half of 2026 (LTA).
