About SG Properties

SG Properties is an independent research site for people buying a home in Singapore. We cover new launch condominiums, executive condominiums (ECs), HDB flats and the rules that decide what a purchase really costs: ABSD, buyer's and seller's stamp duty, loan limits and CPF usage.

What we do differently

• Every number is sourced. Prices, land costs, unit counts and policy rates are traced to URA, HDB, IRAS, CPF Board, MAS, LTA or the developer, and each page lists its sources.
• Every page is fact-checked before it goes live. An independent editorial review re-checks each claim and the arithmetic behind it. Read our editorial policy.
• Pages show when they were updated. Launch pages are updated at preview, at launch and after sales results; guides are updated when official rules change.
• Our own estimates are labelled. Where we estimate something, such as a developer's break-even price, we show the inputs and the working.

SG Properties is not a developer's official website and is not paid by developers to review their projects. Our pages explain facts and trade-offs; they are not personalised financial advice. If you would like help with your own purchase, you can contact us.
